Below is the official policy for non-account holders looking for records and/or student information in an account: Court orders regarding parental plans (divorce, custody order, etc.) usually state that either parent will make educational decisions, or that they will participate in educational decisions, or that a person with custody can make educational decisions. This is an issue between parents and/or guardians and not between AO and the other party. AO is pleased to comply with these guidelines and in collaboration with the courts to resolve these sensitive issues.
