(1) Serving persons subject to this Act by virtue of a single officer, who commands a military organization that is not expressly designated in this section and which, in the opinion of the Central Government, is nothing less than a brigade, that Government may prescribe such officer by whom such powers shall be exercised against such persons. The exercise under this law may be carried out by officers who command armies, military corps, divisions and brigades. No woman may have the right to be conscripted or appointed to the regular army if she does not have the right to be charged or appointed to a corps, department, branch or other body affiliated with the regular army or any of its departments, as the central government may determine by notice in the Official Gazette on that behalf: 34. Offence relating to an enemy punishable by death.—Subject to this Act, any person who commits any of the following offences, namely: (4) If the court cannot arrange for the action or other proceedings to be heard and finally settled within the above-mentioned period of leave or the leave provided for, he must state the reasons: why he was unable to do so, and a copy of it shall be given to that person at his request, without the latter having paid any remuneration for the request for a copy or for the copy itself.
