6. School football is divided into two different categories: (i) representative football and (ii) inter-school football. A player sent by his district or county will be excluded from representative football competitions. If the player is expelled while playing for his school`s football team, the ban only applies to inter-school competitive matches. (b) Teams may not advertise a jersey that conflicts with that of the competition sponsor. (g) Schools, colleges or associations that fail to pay the £50 penalty for the late return of a trophy before the next General Assembly will be excluded from participation in future competitions until the penalty fee has been paid in full. f) If teams in the region finish women`s leagues or cups with the same number of points, the following will be used to determine the final places: The rules must be consistent with the rules of FA competitions. The winner of each local competition meets for the county final. If the dates of limitation of a competition cannot be fixed, the secretary of the competition will ask the two schools or associations concerned to inform them immediately of the reason. An extension may then be granted at the discretion of the competition secretary.
Both schools/colleges/associations are responsible for trying to play games within the deadline. If a match has not been played by the deadline and prior written permission (email or letter) has not been obtained and granted by the Competition Secretary for an extension of the deadline, one or both teams may be excluded from the competition. As in all ESFA competitions, substitutes are allowed. (a) It is at the discretion of the Association to organise competitions in the U14, U15, U16 and U18 age groups. The decision on the competitions to be held will be taken at a general assembly or special GA. and are normally informed twelve months in advance of any proposed changes. 2. All control and management of assistance shall be in the hands of the Council. The rules set forth herein must be followed at all times. (h) The right of offside shall not apply to such selection procedures. v) If rules 4 f) i) to iv) cannot determine the positions, the two teams will compete in a play-off to determine only the 1st / 2nd or 2nd / 3rd place.
(r) Any official or player representing a school or association who is a member of the Federation of Welsh Schools and who is taking part in one of the ESFA national competitions and who is reported for misconduct on or off the pitch will be referred to the Council of the Federation of Welsh Schools for action. c) All cup, shield and record matches must be played no later than the date set for that round of the competition. If it has not been possible to play the game by that date, the secretary must be informed and the executive committee will determine the result. This is only used as a last resort. (a) If the Council has doubts about the qualification of a player participating in a competition, it has the power to request the association or school of the player to which he belongs to prove that he meets the requirements in accordance with the Regulations and, if no satisfactory evidence is provided, the school or association concerned will be excluded from the competition. 3. Trophies are offered for the annual competition between schools affiliated to Leicestershire & Rutland Sport (Team Leicestershire). e) The federation will award 10 solo trophies to the players of the teams that finish as winners and finalists of each competition. iv) Remove a school team from all or part of the competitions organized by the association or on behalf of the E.S.F.A. for the remainder of this season or until the relevant conditions are met. f) Each school participating in each competition can only enter 1 team. d) The Association shall provide officials for the semi-finals and finals of the Cup, Plate and Shield competition, as well as for all playoff or elimination matches of the Girls` Cup.
4. (a) Games must be played no later than the specified date, unless the Contest Organizer has approved a change of date. In individual school/college competitions, a maximum of three players registered with an FA-licensed academy/center of excellence can participate in a game. The participation of all three players refers to their inclusion in the nominated team. This rule does not apply to Open Schools Cup competitions. (a) In the national rounds of all 11- and 9-a-side competitions, an additional time of 10 minutes per course (7 minutes for under-12s and under-13s) will be played if the match ends in a draw. If the scores remain the same after extra time, the result will be determined by taking penalties (in accordance with FIFA`s recommendations and published in the Game Rules). b) If a referee does not show up, the teams concerned must agree in writing on a local referee to ensure that the match is played in accordance with the rules. An official acting in this manner shall have the powers of a duly appointed arbitrator.
(b) Mixed matches will be played in accordance with applicable FA regulations. However, only players from the same school year chronological group will participate in all ESFA competitions in the U12, U13, U14, U15 and U16 age groups, in which mixed players can participate. The ball must be size 5, unless otherwise specified in specific contest rules. c) Postponed or cancelled matches in each school`s competitions will be played until the Saturday following the target date. If the schools do not agree on an appointment, the matter is referred to the Competition Committee (via the ESFA office). The STANDARD CODE OF RULES FOR YOUTH FOOTBALL is mandatory for all school football competitions. This is a detailed document covering all aspects of school competitions in Cheshire and copies of which can be obtained from the Secretary. The rules below are a simplified version of the contest rules.
(a) Order that a match be played on the specified date or until the specified date(b) Grant an appropriate extension of the target period(c) Exclusion of a team from the competition. Protests resulting from competitions organized by a district school football association for schools must be submitted to that district in accordance with ESFA`s protest policy, which applies as follows: (k) The Council shall be authorized by the Association to impose one of the following sanctions if it finds a violation of the competition rules, of the E.S.F.A. or the FA. The Council shall set the time limits for national competitions and indicate this on the forms for registration for competitions. k) The contest then takes the form of a knockout. allowed in all competitions up to and including the U18 age group. This is organized to get a team to represent the county in national competition. The rules are determined by the E.S.F.A.
(q) The date structure of each competition is indicated in the calendar for each age group, as indicated on the association`s website. (iii) the objection is examined by the members of a panel appointed by the Chairman of the ESFA Competition Committee; The Competition Committee shall have the power of the Council to take all decisions relating to the organisation, control and management of an ESFA competition, which shall be deemed to be the decision or decisions of the Council and shall be final and binding on all participants. These rules may be amended at a general meeting of C.S.F.A. 1b. Any player removed from the pitch in a school or association cup competition under the jurisdiction of the Cheshire Schools FA – Referee`s Report must be sent to the Honorary Secretary of the Cheshire Schools FA within 4 days of the match. The secretary forwards the report to ESFA, which will deal with the matter. “Repetitive” replacements are allowed in all competitions up to and including the under-18 age group. In these age groups, a player who has been substituted in a match becomes a substitute and may in turn replace another player at any time, provided that the substitution is made in accordance with Law 3 of the Game Rules.
NOTE: Matches in domestic competitions (organised by the English Schools Football Association (ESFA)) take precedence over all local competitions in Leicestershire and Rutland.
