Intention to Create Legal Relations in Employment Contract

The relevant category for a particular agreement depends on the intention of the parties, but expressions such as “present in the contract” or “subject to the preparation of a formal contract” indicate that the parties do not intend to be bound until a formal contract has been concluded (paragraph 13, page 363).
