As President of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group (UFEG), Donna Langley is responsible for the film group`s creative strategy and global operations. In this role, she oversees the production, marketing and distribution of film and television content at Universal Pictures, DreamWorks Animation (DWA), Focus Features, Universal Pictures International and Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. As president of entertainment networks for NBCUniversal Television and Streaming, Berwick leads programming strategy and business operations for NBCU`s NBC broadcast network and six cable entertainment networks: USA Network, Bravo, E!, Oxygen, SYFY and Universal Kids. Kelly-Brown also held several communications positions at NBCUniversal, including Senior Vice President of Communications for NBCUniversal News Group, where she oversaw the development and execution of communications strategy and served as the group`s senior spokesperson, which included NBC News, MSNBC, CNBC and Weather Channel. Previously, as Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications and Media Relations, she led the company`s communications activities in areas such as broadcast and entertainment cable advertising, government affairs and internal communications. In addition, Kelly-Brown helped lead communications for the transaction between Comcast and NBCUniversal announced in 2009. She also served as Vice President of NBC Entertainment Publicity, where she oversaw the creation and execution of advertising campaigns for all of NBC`s prime-time series, long-term shows, specials and daily programming. Cesar Conde was named president of NBCUniversal News Group in May 2020. In this role, Conde oversees NBC News, MSNBC and CNBC, including the portfolio`s editorial and commercial activities. He reports to Jeff Shell, CEO of NBCUniversal. Jen Friedman is Executive Vice President, Communications, responsible for global communications at NBCUniversal. Friedman has more than two decades of experience managing communications and public affairs in politics, business and finance.
Prior to joining NBCUniversal in January 2022, she was Managing Director and Deputy Head of Public Affairs at Blackstone, the world`s largest alternative investment manager, where she oversaw global communications across the firm`s operations. Prior to Blackstone, she was Senior Director of Corporate Reputation at General Electric, which was part of the communications leadership team that operates across all of GE`s businesses and regions. Previously, Friedman held a number of senior positions in the Obama administration, most recently as deputy White House press secretary. In this capacity, she served as spokesperson for President Obama and the White House and led press briefings for the White House press corps. Previously, she was Senior Strategic Communications Advisor for the National Economic Council, where she managed the administration`s economic communications portfolio. She has also held several communications leadership positions in several Cabinet organizations. Prior to joining the government, Friedman led communications for the Albright Stonebridge Group and former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. She also led the campaign and media strategy for national and local legislative battles at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Children and the Violence Policy Center. Friedman received his B.A. in political science, summa laude, from George Washington University. With a focus on innovation, personalization and seamless access to best-in-class entertainment experiences across all platforms, he helped redefine the entertainment experience for Xfinity TV customers with Xfinity X1, Xfinity Stream, Cloud DVR, live home streaming across devices, the industry`s first phrasebook and the Emmy-winning voice remote. As President of Peacock and Direct-to-Consumer, Kelly Campbell is responsible for the growth and advancement of NBCUniversal`s streaming business and leads the platform`s future strategy. In his leadership role, Campbell oversees programming, marketing, product, technology, partnerships and data science teams that together support NBCU`s direct-to-consumer portfolio. Prior to joining Peacock in October 2021, Campbell was President of Hulu, where she led the SVOD and live TV streaming businesses, after serving as Hulu`s Chief Marketing Officer, where she led all marketing and drove the strategic vision and voice of the Hulu brand. Prior to joining Hulu, Campbell spent more than a decade at Google in senior marketing roles at Google Ads and Google Cloud. Campbell is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Vanderbilt University.
